Become a Volunteer in CRMC

Volunteers make a difference by sharing their time, talents and passions with our patients. Volunteer opportunities for adults and students are available at our hospital and other areas in the Carrollton Regional Medical Center system.

As a member of the Carrollton Regional Medical Center team, volunteers are given a gift too. Studies show that people who help others are healthier, happier people. Even if you only have four hours to spare each week, volunteering can bring you added job skills, school credit or that feeling you get from donating your time to helping others.

Adult Volunteers

Applications for Adult Volunteers are accepted year-round. Individuals interested in volunteering should complete the Volunteer Application using the link provided on this page.

Summer Student Volunteer Program

Carrollton Regional Medical Center (CRMC) offers a Summer Student Volunteer Program for high school students. This program first comes, first served, and applications open on April 1 each year.

To be eligible, student volunteers must be at least 16 years of age prior to April 1 of the application year. Interested students should complete and submit the Summer Student Volunteer Program Application using the link provided on this page.

A parent or guardian must be present for student volunteers under the age of 18.

Student volunteers must provide proof of the following immunizations:

• • Proof of (2) MMR vaccines or positive MMR titers
  • Proof of (2) Varicella vaccines or positive Varicella titers
  • Proof of (3) HBV vaccines or positive HBV titers
  • TDAP within 10 years
  • TB test within 1 year
  • Flu shot (during flu season – October – March)
