At CRMC, our goal is to provide our patients with the highest quality service. This includes providing you with the option of paying your hospital bill online. Through this secure payment portal, you can submit your credit card payment at your convenience, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Cafeteria

The cafeteria is located on the first floor and open to the public. Our cafeteria offers a wide selection of made-from-scratch recipes daily. Grab-and-go selections include pre-made salads, sandwiches, and wraps, as well as snacks and desserts. The sauté station offers a daily made-to-order selection. Homemade soups, a build-your-own salad bar, and a beverage station are also available.

Room Service

We make every effort to provide nutritious meals prepared according to your doctor’s orders. An executive chef trained in the dietary needs of patients strives to prepare foods that are healthy and flavorful.

Meals are served to patients between 7 a.m. and 7 p.m., and are delivered within 45 minutes of placing an order. You may select your own menu items from the menu and then dial 5000 to place your order with the room service assistant.

Family members or friends may have a guest meal tray delivered to the patient’s room for a $10 credit card charge.

Grab and Go Cafe

The CRMC Cafe is open 24 hours a day 7 days a week. The Cafe is stocked with drinks, snacks, candy, sandwiches and many other options conveniently located on the first floor off the main lobby. Simply make your selections and pay at the kiosk 24 hours a day.

Vending Machines

Vending machines with snacks and drinks are located on the first floor near the emergency department waiting area as well as on each of the patient units and are available 24 hours a day.

We believe that total patient care demands attention to the spiritual, as well as the physical and emotional needs of each patient. Members of the Pastoral Services staff are available to assist people of all faiths. Your priest, minister, imam or rabbi is always welcome to visit you while you are here. A chapel is located on the first floor and is open 24 hours a day. Visitors are welcome to visit the chapel for prayer and quiet reflection. To speak to a chaplain, please contact your nurse or dial 0(2372).

Family members and friends are welcome to visit. Visitation times for special care units (critical care units, emergency department, women’s services, rehab and behavioral health) are determined by each individual special care unit.

Carrollton Regional Medical Center is in-network with most major medical insurance providers to make sure your health needs are covered. To verify whether your insurance plan covers services rendered at Carrollton Regional Medical Center, contact our Business Office at 972-512-1400. You can also contact your insurance provider directly by visiting your provider's website or calling the phone number listed on your insurance identification card.

You can request copies of your medical records by completing an Authorization for Release of Information form and returning to Carrollton Regional Medical Center.

Authorization for release of information

To request copies of your medical records, please download, complete, and sign the Authorization for Release of Information form for your Carrollton Regional Medical Center facility. Completed forms may be mailed to 4343 N Josey Ln. Carrollton TX. 75010, attn Medical Records Department. You can also fax the completed forms to the facility's Health Information Management Department at 972-394-2351.
